配送ポリシー

Please read through our terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

UNICrystals ships worldwide from our China warehouse. We offer different shipping methods including sea freight, air freight and international couriers, but we cannot guarantee the exact delivery dates. Every effort will be made to ship your items as soon as your order is placed. Our usual processing time takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, or shipping time). We have the right to extend our processing time if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially during holiday seasons. 

Returns:
By placing an order on UNICrystals, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to China. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages
UNICrystals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
